A postpartum doula is a non-medical professional trained to provide support to parents in the first days, weeks and months after childbirth.
how much does a postpartum doula cost?

What will my postpartum doula do?
Your postpartum doula will...
- visit you at home so that you can have a nap, take a shower, or have a meal while they look after your baby and chat with you
- assist with small household tasks like dishes and laundry and simple meal prep, so that you can rest and heal
- talk with you about your birth experience, about how you're feeling emotionally and mentally about parenthood, about newborn care, breastfeeding and more
